  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at authorized locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip before sealing the box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
